The use of Ars Miniatures website and purchase products from our website are covered by the terms and conditions are explained below.
1. Prices, descriptions and availability of products.
The products in the category “Outlet” are sold depending on stock inventories. Before accepting a request will be checked for product availability. When products are sold out we will contact you to let you choose between a refund or choose an alternative product. We try to ensure that descriptions, information and prices of products are correct and accept no liability for inaccuracies, errors or omissions. 2. Taxes

3. Payment Methods

All prices are in Euro (€) and in the case of transactions outside of Spain the prices will be converted by the companies of their debit cards at current exchange rates.
4. Product Delivery
Orders are sent by mail (receipt of packages ranging from 3 to 5 business days). The products normally be sent within 3 working days (maximum) to the address you indicated. We will notify you if your products can not be sent in these 3 days and we depend on the availability of products. Delivery times provided are estimates based on the availability of items and the normal delivery time.
5. Shipping
If the order is less than 100 € shipping is free. For orders below the cost is calculated based on the weight of the product subject to changes requested by the Post Office management.
6. Cancellation and return of goods
We want all our customers are happy with the service and products. Our policy of ‘return without complaint’ means that if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may cancel your order and return your product within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt, to receive your refund within 30 days after cancellation. For your refund, products must be in perfect condition and in original packaging as they have to be returned in a state that enables subsequent sales.
