1 - HOW TO ORDER YOUR PAINT MINIATURES

You must do the order through the online store in the category of "miniature painting" by choosing a reference that matches the scale of your miniatures.
Indicates if you want your miniatures are finished with varnish, among the available options you can choose between matte varnish, glossy or not varnish.
The color scheme can be the "official" marked by the manufacturer, "free" in case you want Ars Miniatures choose colors or "specific" if you prefer other colors of your choice. In the latter case, when making the order must specify the colors in the "add comments to your order”.

2 - SEND THE MINIATURES TO ARS MINIATURES
You should pack and send the models to the following address:

Shipping charges are the customer's account due to careful packing after assembling and sending the miniatures.

3 - TIME OF DELIVERY
The painted models are on a first come, and it depends on how many miniatures of each order, so we can not give a time.
Once the painting process will be sent photographs to go see the progress.

4 - RATES
28 to 32 mm miniatures: 8 € / u.
54mm miniatures: 35 € / u.
72mm miniatures: 50 € / u.
Vehicles: 45 € / u.

5 - RECOMMENDATIONS
Print a copy of the mail you receive after placing the order on the website and include them with your miniatures to know where to return them.
The miniatures have the same scale as was indicated to place the order at the online store. If it does not, you will get a mail with the amount to pay the difference. Payment must be made during the next five days, after which the order will be canceled and returned to the addressee thumbnails.
