1 - How to order
You may order through the online shop or by sending an email to arsminiatures@gmail.com reference product you want.

2 - Payment
All prices include VAT.

When we processed your order will receive an email confirming the total amount thereof, including shipping and  you connect with Paypal to complete payment.

3 - SHIPPING
Shipments are made by Blue Package Post Spain, so shipping of your order are calculated based on the weight of the products following table Postal rates for such shipments. You can consult http://www.correos.es/comun/tarifas/02P0201b-PaqAzulTarifas.asp

For international orders, shipments are made through the postal package whose tariffs are available on http://www.correos.es/comun/tarifas/01P01-CartasCertificadas.asp

4 - TIME OF DELIVERY
Once the order is processed (1 to 2 days after receiving the payment) and admitted to the post office delivery times are as follows:

-Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3 to 5 days.
-Canary Islands: 8 days.
-Europe: 2 to 4 business days (depending on source / destination).
-Other destinations by country.

5 - REFUND
In case of any error in the shipment or any defective equipment, Ars Miniatures guarantees you the same resolution at no cost on your own. To make any return, sends a message to arsminiatures@gmail.com.

Ars Miniatures is not responsible for any problems arising from the use of products (including unpacking), and we recommend extreme caution when opening, unpacking or handling the orders.

To return a product must be in the same condition that was delivered, maintaining the original wrappings and packaging. Not under any circumstances accept the return sealed product (transparent boxes, blisters ,...) which have been opened.

In the case of receiving a package in a bad state (with obvious damage, open ,...), you should not accept and file the claim, tell us too.
